Update to SQLite 3.7.17

update Scintilla to v3.3.2

build files: keep the xml syntax consistent.

Also remove an unneeded property from default.build and zlib.build.

zlib: add missing files which were skipped due to them being ignored.

Update to apr-util 1.5.2

update zlib to v1.2.8

use the _countof macro instead of explicitly specifying the number of elements

default.build: remove unused "studioversion" property.

Don't build the OpenSSL exe binaries, we only need the lib.
