Apply our e_capi patch to OpenSSL.

Update to OpenSSL 1.0.1d

Restore the selection mark after refreshing the list view by revision, not the list view index: the index might have changed due to new log messages getting fetched.
(Fixes issue #412) : Revision is marked as read automatically during update.

Remove the TSVN version check.

(Closes issue #424) : Fetch next log messages action

Fix version resources and use dots in the version strings:
* FILEVER and PRODUCTVER must use commas with a space after the comma - not using that format results in various apps just showing "1, 0, 0, 0" for the version.
* The STRFILEVER and STRPRODUCTVER can actually be anything - they're strings after all. But they must include the \0 char at the end or some apps will fail to read those strings or even crash.
* in the version resource, the "BLOCK" value must match the "Translation" value, or almost all applications that read the version will not find the version strings.

update scintilla to v3.2.4

Fix slightly off control positioning at the bottom of the main dlg.
Already rebuilt and uploaded the new version (still at 1.8.7 - no need for a new third digit just for that).

update version check file for 1.8.7 release.
