Update to OpenSSL-1.0.1b

Update issue #362
if the dialog is minimized, restore it first when clicking on the tray icon.

In case a selection in the tree view is invalid because of recalculated data, pass the url of the selected project to the refresh function so the previously selected tree item can be selected again.

ran optipng for the docs/ScreenShots

remove "VS10" suffix from the solution filename

After re-writing the data, make sure nothing is selected before refreshing the tree view.
(Fixes issue #365) : Crash when after modifying the ignore users

use /GL only for release builds

add ext/Versions.txt with all the third-party libs and their versions

move OpenSSL and zlib to the "ext" directory and remove the "common" directory

Only restore the selection if there actually was a selection.
