Add checkbox to hide ignored users also in the main dialog.
(Closes issue #351) : allow hiding ignored commits in the main dialog

Allow minimizing the main dialog, only 'close' to the sys tray if the dialog is closed or the hide-button is clicked.
(Fixes issue #332) : Minimizing will minimize to system tray and lose the current filter

Increase the size of the main and options dialog and rename the export/import buttons.
