Update to OpenSSL-1.0.1
Update to svn 1.7.2
Disable GOST in OpenSSL since it's not stable.
Allow disabling CAPI.
Update version file for update check.
Tag the 1.8.0 release.
switch to the 1.7.0 tag of SVN.
Bump version number to 1.8.0
