* Tell SASL where to find the plugin dlls on startup.

This adds to issue #82: include the sasl dlls in the installer

Implemented issue #117: (Enhancement) Allow to reload revision details
* add context menu to the tree control to 'mark' the repo for a complete refresh on the next check
* when refreshing a repository, keep the 'read' state of the refreshed entries

Set the limit to 1000 messages to fetch the first time.
