Update to Scintilla 1.75

Improve the diff function if TortoiseSVN is installed:
* if TSVN is installed, add a second entry to the log list control context menu for diffing with TSVN.
* if TSVN is installed, the default diff uses TSVN.
* to get the unified diff again (if TSVN is installed), the log list control context menu entry "show unified diff" has to be used.

This implements issue #13 (kind of).

If no unified diff viewer is specified and TortoiseSVN is installed, use TortoiseSVN to do and show the diff.

Switch to the Subversion 1.5.x branch.

When selecting a tree item which has no error, remove the list control info text.

Before activating the notification and the tray icon animation, check if there are still unread items.
This should fix issue #25.

Allow compiling with the Vista SDK.

Update to r29004 of the Subversion trunk and adjust the changed API calls.

Pass an encryption description: this is required on Win2k.
This fixes issue #21.

Make Ctrl-A select all entries in the log list control.
This closes issue #18.
