Scroll sideways in the diff viewer on shift-wheel.

Don't create the diff window with scroll bars.

Set the window title of the diff viewer according to the diffed project and revision.

* Delete the temp file before writing to it to make sure that when we read it later it doesn't contain old or illegal data.
* Save the name of the SVNParentPathList 'project' into a variable since we can't use the data from the iterator: the iterator is invalid when we need the project name.

Show diff on doubleclick.

Show folder icons in the url treeview.

Show the authors of the commits in the notification window text.

* subclass the tree view control to catch the WM_SETFOCUS message and set the state of the remove button
* use member variables for the HWNDs of the dialog controls

The remove button deletes either the selected tree or listview item, depending on which control has the focus.
