* Removed dependency on removed TSnippetMgr parent class.
* Re-implemented as a direct TNoPublicConstructObject descendant.
* Added methods formerly in TSnippetMgr, some with new implementations.

Removed reference to deleted UCopySnippetMgr unit.

New abstract base class for objects that copy a representation of a view to the clipboard.

Removed TCopySnippetMgr: now completely rewritten and merged into UCopySourceMgr unit.

Added new TRoutineList.ContainsKinds method and TSnippetKinds type.

* Changed TSnippetSourceGen into a static class with static Generate method.
* Added new static CanGenerate method to TSnippetSourceGen.

Removed unnecessary code that duplicated construction of protocol registrar.

Changed TREMLInfo to create Entities and Tags object on first use and to use TAutoObjFree to automatically free them when unit goes out of scope.

Modified to use IStringList instead of TStringList to store text written to header comment in generated source code.
