Performed "Collapse Hierarchy" refactoring on TDatabaseBackup and TFolderBackup, collapsing TDatabaseBackup into TFolderBackup and renaming whole to TDatabaseBackup.

Made some changes to constructor as a result and renamed some variables etc. to clarify role.

Finally, renamed resulting unit into CS.Database namespace.

Modified TMainForm.actToggleFavouriteUpdate to use methods from TDBModificationMgr. Also improved logic that determines whether action should be checked so that it is always unchecked when disabled.

Improved error message that is displayed when a circular reference is entered when entering dependencies on the References tab of the snippets editor.

This brings original fix made at r4650 with that made at r4666 in v4 maintenance branch.

*** Do not include this fix in v5 update log: it will eventually be recorded as an update to v4.

Replaced call to deleted ParseSQLDateTime routine with a call to TUTCDateTime.CreateFromSQLDateTime.

Added TUTCDateTime.CreateFromSQLDateTime method to replace ParseSQLDateTime routine, which was deleted.
Also added code methods that parse string representations of dates to check that the resulting date is valid.
Minor tweak to a conversion exception message.

Deleted redundant method.
