This is effectively a copy of the v5.0.0 releases of the PJSysInfo unit from the DelphiDabbler code library.

Added MPL 2.0 boilerplate and descriptive comment.

Added new tags editor frame to project and modified snippets editor to use the frame to permit the user to add, edit and remove tags from a snippet.

Bumped patch and build numbers for v4.8.7 build 245.

Modified to use v2 of program update checker API.

Changed so that update checkers will now write update date to config file even when no updates were available.

Fixes issue #93 (http://bit.ly/NmSQUt) "Automatic update checker ignoring update check frequency".

Allocated build number for v4.8.7

Changed information sent to (revised) program update manager to fix exceptions raised due to passing an unknown edition. (Previously update service ignored edition.)
