Disabled Categories drop down list (flagged in UI as not in use).
Added temporary code to give new snippets arbitrary tags and categories and to preserve tags and categories of existing snippets.

Replaced display of a snippet's category information with a list of its associated tags.

Removed unused property and methods from TCategory, TCategoryEx, TCategoryList and TCategoryListEx.

Removed redundant unit references.

Removed redundant TCategoryListAdapter field and reference to UCategoryListAdapter unit reference.

Removed redundant GetEditableCategoryInfo, AddCategory, DeleteCategory and UpdateCategory methods from IDatabaseEdit and implementation in _TDatabase. Also removed some private methods of _TDatabase made redundant as a result.

Modified snippets editor to set edited snippet's tag to be same as currently selected category.

This is a temporary fix to prevent snippets editor from removing any existing tags from snippets.

Removed Category ID parameter from DuplicateSnippet method of IDatabaseEdit and implementation in _TDatabase.
Modified calling code in TDuplicateSnippetDlg.

Updated Duplicate Snippet dialogue box help topic to bring it into line with the current state of the dialogue box.

Removed option to select a category for duplicated snippet.
