Added new methods to read and write lists of sized strings that are stored with both 16- and 32-bit length fields.

Revised user config file re changes in ID string of Delphi 2005, 2006 and 2009 compilers in [Cmp:XXX] sub-sections and values in [FindCompiler] section.

Renamed compiler ID strings for Delphi 2005, 2006 and 2009: removed "w32" suffix.

NOTE: this change affects some section and key names in user config file.

Re-implemented TDelphiCompiler.CompilerIDToVerNum so that it is not dependent on ordering of TCompilerID enumeration.

Added new GetIDFromString method to ICompilers and its implementation in TCompilers.

Renamed identifiers for Delphi 2005, 2006 and 2009 in TCompilerID by removing "w32" suffix.
Modified affected code accordingly.
Revised and improved documentation of TCompilerID.

Added "Back to Index" link to top right of documents and added CSS position and style the link.

Added links to new database format documentation.

Documented new database file format introduced for CodeSnip 5.

Added definition for "kbd" tag: defined same as "code" tag and changed font for both to be "Consolas" if available.
