CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Changed code that reads compile results to map a "W" value onto crSuccess instead of crWarning.

Modified re change of file name and status of former user database file format documentation.
Added placeholder for future link to a document that describes the CodeSnip 5 database file format.

Renamed documentation of user database format used from CodeSnip 2 to 4 from user-db.html to legacy-user-database.html.

Simplified TDBNativeReader.ReadMarkup by using TActiveTextHelper to perform REML parsing. Also added error trapping for bad REML code in database files.

Made minimal type and implementation changes to get the unit to compile in the "parsnip" source tree.

Added MPL 2.0 boilerplate header comment.

Copied CS.Database.IO.Legacy.UserDB.pas from "experimental" branch to "parsnip\Main", renamed to CS.Database.IO.Legacy.pas, and added to project.

Made minimal type and implementation change to get the unit to compile in the "parsnip" source tree.

Removed TCompilerIDs definition: the definition from Compilers.UGlobals is now used instead.

Added new TCompilerIDs set declaration.
