Removed redundant DB.UCategory unit reference.

Removed redundant GetCatSelection method from IQuery and TQuery.

Removed ability to generate source code of a snippets in a category from TSnippetSourceGen and replaced it with support for generating source code of snippets in a tag.

Added IQuery.FilterSelection method, and its implementation in TQuery, that takes a filter function and returns the result of applying the filter to the current selection.

Added CSS used in styling tags to TBrowserBaseFrame.BuildCSS.
Rearranged some other code within BuildCSS.

Changed "delete tag" symbol and changed some CSS class names in TSnippetHTML.Tags.

Added support for tag links and removed support for category links.

Added colours to use in styling tags in detail pane.

Removed redundant TSnippetHTML.Category method.

Noted deletion of "Category" and addition of "Tags" in PageKindXXX values in [Prefs:SnippetPageStructure] of per user config file.
