Modified TTagView.GetDescription to return a special description for a null tag: this is interpreted as representing snippets with no tags.

Added CreateNull and IsNull methods to TTag.

Added support for HTML page that displays a list of snippets that have a certain tag.

Renamed various interface, class and factory method names in UView.pas to correct the spelling of "Null" in their names.
Modified affected code accordingly.

Fixed errors in handling of ITagView in TViewFactory.

Added ITagView interface and its implementation and a TViewFactory method to create an ITagView instance.

Updated per-user config file documentation re change of name of OverviewTab value to OverviewGrouping in [WindowState:MainForm] sub-section.

Renamed TMainWindowSettings' OverviewTab property to OverviewGrouping.
Also renamed "OverviewTab" value in user-config file to "OverviewGrouping".
Modified TMainForm to use revised property name.

Renamed TMainDisplayMgr's SelectNextActiveTab and SelectPreviousActiveTab to SelectNextDetailsTab and SelectPreviousDetailsTab respectively: these names are more sensible now that only detail pane has tabs.
Made required changes to calling code in TMainForm.
