CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Merged revision(s) 3240-3495 from branches/experimental/Src/SyntaxHighlighting/Highlighters/CS.SourceCode.Hiliter.Parser.pas to Hiliter.UPasParser.pas, from branches/experimental/Src/SyntaxHighlighting/Highlighters/CS.SourceCode.Hiliter.Renderers.pas to Hiliter.UHiliters.pas and from branches/experimental/Src/SyntaxHighlighting/Highlighters/CS.SourceCode.Hiliter.Renderers.CSS.pas to Hiliter.UCSS.pas

This is the first step in conversion of source code highlighting to use SynEdit classes and new highlighter themes to render highlighted source code.

Added new document describing the directories and file names used for database and config files in each versio of CodeSnip.

Note: this info is useful when writing code that brings forward data from earlier versions of CodeSnip.

Removed reference to main Code Snippets database file & update stream format from file format docs index and deleted redundant HTML files.
Rearranged index.

Added link to new themes.html.

Copied syntax highlighter themes files documentation from experimental branch.

Copied and renamed default highlighter themes file from experimental branch as DefaultHighlighterThemes.dat and added to resources.

Copied three units from experimental branch and added to project.

Added four syntax highlighter language units (Pascal, PHP, HTML & JavaScript) to the SynEdit library project.

This resulted in the following modifications to files in parsnip/Src:

1) New TBinaryStreamWriter.WriteByte added in UDataStreamIO unit.
2) Modified LoadResourceAsString in UResourceUtils unit to check for byte order marks when reading resources.
3) Added new StrPop routine to UStrUtils unit.
