New UCompileResultsLBMgr unit. Defines classes that manages display, editing and interaction with a list box that displays compiler results.

New UCompileResultsLBMgr unit that defines a class that is used to manage image lists containing drop down button images for display in UI widgets.

Added line to include LEDs32.bmp in resources. This bitmap is added to RCDATA resources instead of BITMAP since the BRCC32 resource compiler doesn't recognise the 32 bit bitmap file type.

New bitmap containing all four LEDs associated with compile results.

Added code to TSnippetsChkListMgr to owner draw the managed check list box.
