Modified detail view frame to set CSS of source code to use background colour from preferences instead of a constant value.

Added new SourceCodeBGColour property to preferences that records colour used for background of source code in main display.
Also added related SourceCodeBGCustomColours property to record any custom colours created in custom colour dialogue box associated with the SourceCodeBGColour property.

Changed to link to snippet editor version of help topic for Dependencies dialogue box.

Divided help topic for Dependencies dialogue box into two different topics: a modification of the existing file for use when the full dialogue box is displayed from main menu and a new topic for display when dialogue box is called from Snippets Editor.

Changed to pass required help link keyword to Dependencies dialogue box.

Modified preferences dialogue box to be passed required help topic via Execute method.

Added a "Select and Close" button that can optionally be displayed only if a valid snippet is provided. Clicking the button causes an XRef search to be returned that selects the snippets on the currently selected tab.
