CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Added new units that define notification data for display in notification window, along with thread safe queue of pending notification data.

Noted that all referenced units are from Delphi [VCL].

Changed thread group to have max capacity of $80 threads because that's maximum value that can be represented by WaitForMultipleObjects success return codes.
Added new MaxCount public class constant and IsFull methods to help callers not to exceed tread limit.

Changed TCtrlArranger.SetLabelHeight to allow for TLabels with WordWrap False: doesn't now apply an maximum width in this case.

Updated program update dialogue box help topic re changes made in revision 2845.

Modified dialogue that checks for program updates to use revised web service: it now decides itself whether update is needed.
Download button now downloads update directly rather than displaying CodeSnip download web page.
