Changed thread group to have max capacity of $80 threads because that's maximum value that can be represented by WaitForMultipleObjects success return codes.

Major clean up of UURIParams unit. Removed all unused code in TURIParams and rationalised remaining code. Also emoved TURIParam record.

Note: there was a bug somewhere in overloaded Add or Create operators that took array of TURIParam parameters. Weren't really needed so removed them instead of tracking down bug!
