Changed way that TConstAndTypeFormatter splits "type" or "const" keyword to permit keyword to be preceeded by space and / or comments. This fixes bug where comments interposed between keyword and remainder of code were not being added in cases where comments preceded keyword.

Updated Syntax Highlighter Preferences help topic to reflect fact that syntax highlighter fonts are now used in main display and when printing.
