Fixed bug in TActiveTextRTFStyleMap.MakeMonochrome where change to monochrome was not being recorded in style map.

Updated Syntax Highlighter Preferences help topic to reflect fact that syntax highlighter fonts are now used in main display and when printing.

Modified so that syntax highlighter font is no longer ignored when printing or when copying to the clipboard in RTF format.

Deleted unused THiliteAttrsFactory.CreateDisplayAttrs method.

Changed so that font used in main display reflects font family and size specified in Syntax Highlighter tab of Preferences dialogue box. Previously main display was using default font by design.

New maintenance branch for CodeSnip release 4.1

Fixed unreported bug where if user selects file name in save dialogue box, then changes it to a non-existent name, dialogue box asked permission to overwrite original file.

Added new FileOpenEditedFileNameWithExt routine.

Refactored out the now minimal implementations of TSelectionFileReader and TSelectionFileWriter by adding functionality into TSelectionIOMgr.
Removed now unused USelectionIOHandler unit from project.

Added new USnippetIDListIOHandler containing generalised version of code from USelectionIOHandler unit and rewrote USelectionIOHandler classes to descend from the new classes from USnippetIDListIOHandler.
