Added support for optionally truncating multi-paragraph snippet description comments to a single paragraph.
Ultimately whether comments are truncated comes from Preferences. (At present there is no user configuration of preferences - this is still to do).

Updated user config file version number to 10.

Noted addition of "TruncateComments" value to "Prefs:SourceCode" section of user config file.
Also noted bump of user config file version number to "10".

Added new TruncateSourceComments property to Preferences object. This is stored in source code "Prefs:SourceCode" section of user setting file under name "TruncateComments".

Added Initialise and Finalise methods to ISearchFilter and provided implementations. Mainly for use in XRef searches to correct potential bug introduced in rewrites where repeated search would miss any new XRefs added to a snippet.

Updated Snippets Editor help topic re addition of context menu to Units list on References tab.

Corrected some CSS class names and removed unused classes.

Updated re change of name of context menu items on References tab.

Units check list box on References page of Snippets Editor gets a new context menu item that clears all checks in list box.
Similar context menu items for other list boxes on same page have been renamed.

Converted code that gets unit list as IStringList and snippet ID list to return new instance of the objects instead of updating existing objects.
