    <p>
      User preferences for <em>CodeSnip</em> can be configured using the
      <a href="dlg_preferences.htm">Preferences</a> dialogue box accessed via
      the <em>Tools | Preferences</em> menu option.
    </p>
    <p>
      By default <em>CodeSnip</em> accesses the internet directly but it can be
      made to use a Proxy Server. Use the <em>Tools | Proxy Server</em> menu
      option to display the <a href="dlg_proxyserver.htm">Proxy Server
      Configuration</a> dialogue box to provide details of the required proxy
      server.
