Added missing link to Snippet Layout preferences tab.

Revised information about selecting item in overview pane to note that Ctrl clicking an item opens it in new tab of Details Pane.

New help topic that explains why an empty compiler result table (with error message) is displayed when there are no displayable compilers. Also gives solutions.

Modified so that only those compilers that are "displayable" are included in compiler result table.
Also modified to generate a table containing an error message, with explanatory help link, if no compilers are displayable.
