CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Merged non-conflicted changes from /branches/proxy-server:164-203 branch.

Changes made were:
* Added support for using a proxy server when CodeSnip accesses the internet.
* New dialog box and Tools menu item added to enable proxy server to be configured.
* Help file updated.
* A third party encryption unit was added to enable proxy server passwords to be stored in encrypted format.
* New settings section added to store proxy server information on a per-user basis.
* Small number of refactorings,

* Base TWebService class now creates a TIdAntiFreeze component to ensure that program can respond to mouse message while blocking calls in Indy comments execute.
* Modified web connection error message to advise user to check any proxy settings.

Added "cancelling..." message to progress memo of update dialog when user cancels.

Commented FmProxyServerDlg unit and made help button visible.

Revised quickstart and customise task topics to refer to the fact that CodeSnip can be configured to use a proxy server when accessing the internet. Provided links to the proxy server configuration dialog help topic.

Added entry to tools menu help topic for new "Proxy Server" menu option.

* Added new help topic that describes the new proxy server configuration dialog box.
* Topic added to help project file and index file.
