Removed link from snippet detail view that test compiled snippet.
As a side effect this changed removed test compile option from snippet detail view's context menu. Consequently TMainForm.InitForm was altered to explicitly add this option back into the context menu.

Revised re new layout of Code and Extra Information tabs of Snippets Editor along with introduction of Markup Editor for editing snippet's description and extra information.

Heavily revised REML help topic to reference Markup Editor and to remove reference to plain text: this is now dealt with better and separately by Markup Editor.

New help topic described markup editor, with entry in help file index.

Added new .bordered class style.

Converted hard tabs to spaces.

Removed unused constant.

Revised layout of Extra information tab of Snippets Editor:
* Enlarged markup editor.
* Removed explanatory text frame.
* Renamed button that previews enter text to just "Preview".
Deleted HTML source document that was displayed in above explanatory text frame.

Changed so that plain text is displayed in default font while REML is displayed in mono font.

Added overloaded Manage method to TMemoCaretPosDisplayMgr to be able to use the first child memo control of a given parent control. This was done to allow a memo control in a frame to be managed without calling code to have to know name of frame's memo control.
Modified TSnippetsEditorDlg to use this new method to handle caret position in snippet extra editor frame.
