Updated SourceCodeLicenses.txt to refer to use of MPL v2.0.
Added copy of MPL v2.0 in MPL-2.0.txt and renamed old MPL.txt as MPL-1.1.txt.

Changed Dependencies dialogue box to display both a snippet's dependencies (as before) and the snippets it depends upon (new). Each is displayed in its own tab, and tabs that are displayed can be customised.
Modified calling code because of changes to signature of Execute methods.

New unit that enables value types to be wrapped in an object.

Updated privacy statement re changes in data sent to server in database update logon along with use of new database to record update info for each program id.

Changed logon process when updating database to send info about OS and IE browser version to web service.

Fixed bug in code that generates program id: it appended eight zeroes to all keys before taking MD5 hash.

Minor edit: changed formatting of consts.

Just for completeness, added DOCHOSTUIFLAG_DPI_AWARE flag introduced in IE8.

Removed unused CSS class.

Modified REML help topic's Character Entities section: revised structure of section and added entry for missing © entity.
