* Corrected some errors including adding some missing tags to section on supported tags.
* Some reformatting.

* Stream containing exported XML document is now converted to string using correct UTF-8 encoding.
* Purged some FreeAndNil statements.

* Updated re export file format v5.
* Added new section noting differences between file versions.

* Added explicit UTF-8 encoding attribute to XML processing instruction of export files.
* Updated export file version to 5. Stripped out code that calculated file version based on version of REML used now that version fixed at 5.

Updated svn:mergeinfo properties modified by last merge from trunk. There were no physical changes to the files.

Merged bug fixed version of UXMLDocHelper.pas from trunk as at r1111. Fixes problem with validation of XML processing instruction.

Changed validation of XML processing instruction. It was failing if encoding attribute was present in <?xml ... ?> processing instruction. This was fixed.

* Added support for reading data files with ".4" extension interposed between file name and extension.
* Updated ini data file format documentation accordingly. Also noted the DelphiXE compilation result value.

* Changed caption of button that detects compilers to "Detect Delphi Compilers".
* Updated related help topic accordingly.

New document containing general notes about the development of CodeSnip v4 along with details of changes.
