Vincent Waller
American writer, animator, and storyboard artist
Vincent Waller (born September 30, 1960) is an American writer, artist, animator, storyboard artist, and technical director. He worked on several animated television shows and movies, his best works being The Ren & Stimpy Show and SpongeBob SquarePants.[1]
