Ksilanaza (EC 3.2.1.8, endo-(1->4)-beta-ksilan 4-ksilanohidrolaza, endo-1,4-ksilanaza, beta-1,4-ksilanaza, endo-1,4-ksilanaza, endo-beta-1,4-ksilanaza, endo-1,4-beta-D-ksilanaza, 1,4-beta-ksilan ksilanohidrolaza, beta-ksilanaza, beta-1,4-ksilan ksilanohidrolaza, endo-1,4-beta-ksilanaza, beta-D-ksilanaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 4-beta-D-ksilan ksilanohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
