Herbert Walton Gleason, Jr. , kršten kao John Herbert "Jackie" Gleason (26. februar 1916 – 24. jun 1987) bio je američki komičar, glumac i muzičar, poznat kao jedna od prvih televizijskih zvijezda u historiji. Nakon neuspjelih pokušaja da se probije u Hollywood, početkom 1950-ih je postao slavan kao voditelj TV-emisije Cavalcade of Stars, a zatim i vlastitog Jackie Gleason Showa. Nakon toga je stvorio The Honeymooners, jednu od najpopularnijih i najuticajnijih sitcomova u historiji, u kome je tumačio lik Ralpha Kramdena. Svoje dramske sposobnosti je iskazao kao igrač biljara Minnesota Fats u poznatom filmu Hazarder, a pred kraj karijere postigao uspjeh kao vulgarni šerif Bufford T. Justice u seriji filmskih komedija Smokey i Bandit.
