Ent-izokaurenska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.103, OsKSL5i, OsKSL6) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ent-copalil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira ent-izokauren).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
