Dominick DeLuise (1. august 1933 – 4. maj 2009) bio je američki glumac najpoznatiji po nizu zapaženih komičnih uloga, prije svega u filmovima koje je režirao Mel Brooks, odnosno onima u kojima je nastupao njegov dobar prijatelj Burt Reynolds.
De Luise je bio u braku sa glumicom Carol Arthur, sa kojom je imao tri sina od kojih će sva trojica postati glumci.
