(Izo)eugenol O-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.146, (izo)eugenol O-methyltransferase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:izoeugenol O-metiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-metionin + izoeugenol S-adenozil-L-homocistein + izometilugenol
Ovaj enzim deluje na eugenol i havikol, kao i na izoeugeno.
