Binospiron (MDL-73,005-EF) je lek koji deluje kao parcijalni agonist na 5-HT1A somatodendritiskim autoreceptorima, i kao antagonist na postsinaptičkim 5-HT1A receptorima.[4] On ima anksiolitsko dejstvo.[5]
