Intermediate / Senior Electrical Engineer
You will be working in a team of MEP Engineers and Sustainability Consultants who are passionate about low carbon design and renewable energy systems. Our projects typically involve collaborating as part of a design team for new and existing buildings, ranging from small developments to large masterplan projects. Additionally, we offer consultancy advice to clients on decarbonization strategies for their businesses.
A master’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, building services engineering, or a related field is required. The candidate should have 5 years and above of experience in electrical design of buildings, preferably in a consultancy setting. A strong interest in low carbon design and active engagement in the industry are essential. Additionally, the candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and ambitious
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and building regulations
While not mandatory, experience with the following software is beneficial: AutoDesk Revit, IES VE, Amtech, Office Suite (essential), and a programming language.

- Experience: Skilled in working with architects and clients, attending design team meetings, and delivering quality work on time and within budget.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring designs meet client briefs, project requirements, building regulations, and industry standards
- Produce design calculations, reports, schematics, and layout drawings across mechanical/electrical sub-disciplines and various building types
- Track project progress, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery within budget
- Delegate tasks to junior staff, oversee their work, and maintain quality assurance
- Report on project status, client feedback, and team performance
- Lead client-facing projects and maintain client relationships
- Provide knowledge of Industry Standards, British Standards, and Building Regulations to clients and colleagues
