Tarunjeet (TJ) Sarao is the Senior Vice President of the Data Center Systems line of business within the Secure Power division at Schneider Electric, accountable for all aspects of Product Development, R&D, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality and Go-to-Market execution on a global scale.
TJ's mission is to expand, grow and transform the future of Data Center Systems business by implementing a strategy for resilient, sustainable, efficient, and adaptive data centers. His teams help customers design, build, operate, and maintain edge and cloud data centers with innovative, efficient, and sustainable systems and solutions. Before taking on his current role, TJ led the Transactional & Edge line of business, managing a global product business unit and driving "Edge Strategy and Innovation."
TJ brings a breadth of experience from his 17 years at HP prior to joining Schneider. He has demonstrated a customer-centric and data-driven approach throughout his career with an impressive track record of building teams and winning customers. He is a passionate, purpose-driven leader with a growth mindset and deep commitment to the Schneider Electric values.
TJ's experience spans diverse geographies. A native of India and currently based in Singapore, he has lived and worked in 4 countries, bringing a global perspective to his leadership.
