Aires OnPoint is a points-based product that accomplishes both employee and global mobility team goals. • Employees can personalize their mobility program, in a meaningful way, to meet their family needs. • The global mobility team can allocate points by benefit, policy, and/or employee type. • Point-based framework is established at implementation to meet organizations’ diverse population needs For example: Core components can be offered to every employee along with optional benefits that are assigned points for selection, OR point values can be established per benefit, allowing employees to select their complete benefit bundle. Either way, employees still enjoy the personal guidance of the Aires counselor assisting them throughout their move while also having access to a self-service product for those that prefer to take a more hands-on approach.

Recently, our very own Jeff Wangler and T.J. Gallo had the incredible opportunity to visit JetBlue. They didn't just stop by for a tour; they fully immersed themselves in both flight attendant training and pilot training.
