40 percent of the global energy-related carbon emissions are traced back to temperature regulation in buildings. The easiest way to decrease the emissions is to stop buildings from leaking valuable heat through the walls and roof with thermal insulation. 🏛️ Glass wool is one of the most common insulation materials, not only because of its ability to insulate heat but also because of its sound dampening properties. Therefore, glass wool is often used in buildings that benefit from sound attenuation, like theaters and opera houses. 🏛️ But there are many critical assets in the production of glass wool insulation. By using SKF Imx-1 wireless sensors, the bearings can be analyzed to prevent unexpected shutdowns in the machinery. This way, we can help the procedure remain as smooth as possible. Quest'invenzione ha continuato ad evolversi negli anni successivi, migliorando costantemente le prestazioni delle macchine. Stiamo parlando del cuscinetto orientabile a rulli. Inizialmente utilizzati in applicazioni con carichi pesanti, a velocità moderate e a rischio di disallineamento, questi cuscinetti sono ora impiegati in una gamma sempre più vasta di applicazioni, tra cui turbine eoliche, sistemi di propulsione del settore navale, lavorazione dello zucchero, produzione di carta e cellulosa, movimentazione materiali e attrezzature dei settori minerario ed edile.
