Prof. Dr. Domenico Galzerano, FESC, FEACVI has been a Professor of Medicine at the College of Medicine, Alfaisal University, Riyadh, KSA, from October 2016 up to present and a Consultant in Cardiology, Cardiac Imaging at The Heart Centre, King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center, Riyadh, KSA from September 2015 until now: He is a clinical and academic cardiologist with international experience in cardiovascular medicine and cardiac imaging; Multimodality and interventional imager with extensive experience in echocardiography in clinical and research arena including support for structural heart interventions. He started to be involved in 3D echocardiography in 1995 in Boston, at Tufts University. He is also experienced in CT and MRI, being involved in adult and adult congenital multimodality imaging at KFSH&RC. He has been Editor in Chief, Monaldi Archives for Chest disease, Italy, since February 2021. He has 85 publications with 1395 citations and an h-index of 17 (Scopus, 6 November 2023).
