Hsin-Chieh Wu received a Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from the National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, in 2001. He is currently a Professor at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, Chaoyang University of Technology, Taichung, Taiwan.
