Dr. Renata Puppin Zandonadi received her Master's Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Brasília in 2006, and her PhD in Health Sciences from the University of Brasília in 2009. She is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Brasília. She has experience in the area of nutrition, with an emphasis on nutrition, working mainly on the following subjects: celiac disease, gluten, food, contamination, and gastronomy.
