Vadim Tynchenko was born in Kyiv in 1985. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in systems analysis and operations research in 2006 and 2008, respectively, and his Ph.D. degree in engineering from the Reshetnev Siberian State University of Science and Technology, Krasnoyarsk, Russia, in 2008. He is currently a Chief Researcher with the Artificial Intelligence Technology Scientific and Education Center at Bauman Moscow State Technical University and a Professor with the Information and Control Systems Department at Reshetnev Siberian State University of Science and Technology. He is the author of more than 200 scientific articles and more than 20 inventions. His research interests include intelligent control systems, reliability improvement, and the management of technical objects and processes.
