Teresa Pollicino is a Full Professor of Experimental Medicine and Pathophisiology in the Department of Clinical and Experimental Medicine, University of Messina, Italy. She received a Medical Doctor's Degree from the University of Messina, Italy in 1990. Then, she completed her specialist training in Haematology and Internal Medicine at the University of Messina in 1994 and 2001, respectively. From 1998 to 2015, she was an Assistant Professor of Laboratory Medicine at the University of Messina, Italy. She is a member of the Accademia Peloritana dei Pericolanti of Messina. As a Full Professor of Experimental Medicine and Pathophisiology, she has teaching commitments with undergraduate and graduate students in the Medicine and Surgery School (International Medical School), Medical School, Biotechnology School, and Dental School of the University of Messina, Italy. She is part of the board of teachers of the “International PhD Translational Molecular Medicine and Surgery Course” at the University of Messina.
