Since 2013 I'm managing the whole lyfecycle for the Knowledge Engine for Health (KEH) for Abu Dhabi Department of Health (DoH). We utilized a data model to develop the business intelligence solution, which converts electronic claims submitted to health insurance companies by service providers into an analytical database that can be used for strategic purposes. Additionally acting as an IT Service Manager since 2014 (the main voice towards many stakeholders and vendors) for Independent Health Information Technology Services Provider (inHealth). Operating an eHealth marketplace platform in the UAE open for value-added applications and services. Onboarding of new applications, Application Management, Release Management, Risk Management, CMDB Management, Monitoring, Incident Management are the main responsibilities and IT operation services.

Responsible for all the project lifecycle aspects (offering, resource planning, requirements engineering, project planning, change management, risk management, monitoring, reporting, delivery, acceptance, closure).

Using the top project management methodologies like Waterfall, Critical Path Method (CPM), Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), Adaptive Project Framework (APF), Extreme Project Management (XPM).

Working on plenty of projects in various industries like Healthcare, Retail, Transport, Payment Services, Exhibition & Events, etc... of which some are award winning projects.

Designed to provide a proper follow up in the event of being affected by or at risk of developing cardiovascular disease and diabetes. As a Project Manager I was successfully leading the enhancements, operations and the maintenance of the developed software solution.
Thanks to the capturing of individual health data of Abu Dhabi’s Emirati population, individual risk analyses can be generated and potential behavioral measures can be communicated directly to the program participants. It aims to save massive cost for the healthcare sector and sustainably improve the population’s health.

Lindt & Sprüngli (market leader of Swiss chocolate) choose Netcetera for mobile Business Support to develop a Sales and Budget Reporting tool for the Middle East, Africa and Indian Subcontinent.
As a Project Manager I was responsible to plan, develop and deliver the iPad application “Lindt2b” which simplifies the planning and daily sales activities in the individual countries by providing mobile support for communication, business and budget reporting between Lindt & Sprüngli's sales managers in Dubai, their importers, partners and the head office in Switzerland. With plenty of customized reports encompassing sales revenue, inventory status, budgets, market data, product lines and an activity calendar.
