Our environmental and social efforts
Reducing food waste
They make compost from ingredients and grow figs, grapes, olives, mint, and raspberries in front of restaurant. You can choose the amount of rice you want.
Using sustainable ingredients
We operate seven coffee farms ourselves and have formed a local cooperative group. We also work with Nepalese Organic Food food and fair trade principles.
Offering vegan menu
We try to include at least one vegan item on each menu, such as tart, curry, ice cream, or open sandwich.
Community involvement
We offer work experience and internship programs.
Our sustainability efforts
The straws are made from sugarcane husk and the takeaway containers are made from renewable plastic.
Our homemade tea bags are also made from corn.
