Grain Free Dairy Free Nightshade Free Lasagna

This is one of our videos that utilizes our “Oven Crepes” (see our video “Oven Crepes”). We have also found that pumpkin can be a good substitute for tomato sauces. This recipe uses pumpkin puree as the base for the lasagna sauce. We also use a coconut milk gravy with nutritional yeast to create a “cheese” Sauce. We hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we did. Ingredients:

Oven Crepes (See Our Video)
2 Cups Chicken Stock
3 Eggs
1 Cup Coconut Yogurt
1 ¼ Cup Cassava Flour
1 lbs Sausage (See Our Video)
3 TBSP Garlic and Onion Infuse Olive Oil (See Our Video)
8 oz Mushrooms
1 TBSP Coconut Aminos
Pinch of Salt
4 TBSP Garlic and Onion Infuse Olive Oil
Cassava Flour
1 ½ Cans Coconut Milk
Liquid Smoke
½ Cup Nutritional Yeast
3oz Fresh Basil
.5oz Fresh Oregano
2 Cans Pumpkin Puree
2 Eggs
Pinch of Pepper
Avocado Oil
