What happens after my subscription ends?

After your Starter Plan subscription ends, your workspace is downgraded to a sandbox plan for the purpose of keeping your data private. However, this reduced plan is not meant for continued model development; it is a storage place in case you decide to return to Roboflow.

Is Roboflow free to use?

Yes. No credit card is required to use Roboflow. For individuals with personal projects, school assignments, or research projects, Roboflow offers the Public plan to encourage exploration of computer vision. All projects on the Public plan are shared on Roboflow Universe.

For businesses, Roboflow offers the Starter and Enterprise plans. These plans allow businesses to try Roboflow in a private location and customize usage levels.

Can I switch my plan after I create my account?

Yes, you can start working in a Public plan or Starter plan and then change plans in the future as you evaluate which is best for you.

Where can I ask questions about the product before purchasing?

How does model licensing work when using Roboflow?

Roboflow offers licenses for commercial use of some models and others have specific considerations for you to be aware of as you build solutions. Please refer to our Licensing page for more details and ask questions in our user forum if more information is needed.

What happens to training credits at the end of the month?

For the free Public plan, users start with 3 training credits and do not receive any monthly training credits. For paid plans, training credits reload up to a certain limit each month. For Starter Plan, credits reload to 5 each month.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment via credit card is accepted for Starter plans. Custom payment options including ACH are available for Enterprise plans. Contact sales for more information.

I ran out of credits, how can I get more?

For researchers, educators, students and hobbyists working on open source projects: additional credits and account limit increases are available for community contributors and research projects. Learn more and apply (academic institution email address required)»
